In my 1:1 Codependent to Confident Coaching Program, we heal codependency from the root so that you can stop repeating patterns that lead to frustration and bitterness in relationships. Instead, we build your self confidence so you can prioritize yourself without guilt and attract authentic relationships where you feel seen and heard.

Self-Awakening Phase
We first discover what coping mechanisms and beliefs you adopted in order to survive. We uncover your unique trigger responses and bring to light your subconscious patterns so that with a new sense of self-awareness, you can understand why you do what you do. Rather than letting your emotions spiral out of control and confuse you, you can use them as a roadmap to your healing journey, stepping back into the driver's seat.

Self-Worth Phase
In this phase, we have compassion on your inner child so you can powerfully reparent her with the voice of the Father and heal her wounds, You give her permission to be her authentic self because her sense of worth is no longer dependent on the opinions of others. You grow into an unconditional loving relationship with yourself so that you can begin to embody a person who has clear boundaries and stands up for herself without fear of judgment.

Self-Confidence Phase
You authentically connect with others, create boundaries to protect your individuality within your relationships, and give yourself a voice. We walk through healing family relationships so you can visit home without keeping a record of wrongs and feeling walked all over. We rebuild your self-confidence so you can make decisions without needing to consult others, walk into a room comfortable in your skin, and can say no without feeling guilty.
Program Features
4 Months of 1:1 Support
1:1 Calls
For four months, we meet weekly in highly individualized 1:1 coaching sessions. Each session includes a simple check-in and time to process what came up throughout the week. We also take time to do the inner child work, and to create a game plan for the upcoming week so that you have a consistent place of weekly grounding and direction.
Journal Prompts
Prompts provided to keep the momentum going throughout the week so that you can begin practicing true self care, embodying someone who stands up for herself, and attracting authentic relationships with a sense of inner peace rather than turmoil, resentment, or fear of judgment.
Direct Support
Because I know there will be moments in daily life where you fall back into old routines and triggers, I offer messaging support for accountability, co-regulation, & processing in-between sessions, so you don’t feel like you’re walking alone but you have someone to help you tackle strong emotions as they arise and respond in positive ways that preserve your relationships.
Reflection Questions
Reflection questions will be provided each week for you to do the inner work at home between sessions so that you can bring to light the root causes of your codependency, throw confusion and guilt out the window, and begin to truly understand yourself for the first time.
